Maria is Projects and Accounts Coordinator at XR Studios, keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. With a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Aberdeen, she brings analytical precision and sharp problem‑solving to XR production. She manages communications, coordinates workloads, and ensures complex, fast‑moving projects hit deadlines. Known for being calm under pressure and a no‑nonsense approach, Maria gets the job done, and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Harriet holds a BA (Hons) in Fine Art. Fascinated by technology, she explores hybrid art, UI/UX design, and creative coding alongside traditional methods. Michael is an XR Experience Engineer at XR Studios with a Level 5 qualification in Creative Media Development and five years’ experience in 3D asset creation for XR. Skilled in hard-surface and organic modelling, he’s proficient in Autodesk Maya, ZBrush, and Substance Painter. His fan projects show a dedication to quality and a perfectionist streak. Known for being cooperative, he values teamwork and brings creativity and good humour to every project.

Ollie is an XR Experience Technician at XR Studios with a passion for cars and photography. He supports the team and clients across creative and technical spaces, working hands-on in immersive rooms, studios, the motion capture suite, digital discovery spaces, and VR environments. His work spans filming, video editing, running VR lessons, and room setup for digital sessions. Friendly and practical, he helps others get the most from cutting-edge tech and is a key member of the team.
