🎮✨ This was something special. And we're still buzzing off the back of it. ✨🎮

On 21st May 2026, we hosted our very first XR Studios Presents event. What a way to start.

Jamie King, Co-Founder of Rockstar Games, joined us live from New York City for an exclusive fireside chat. The phrase that stuck with me from this was: "head, heart, hands."

A huge thank you to Jamie for being so open, so honest, and so genuinely generous with his responses. Jamie gave the students real, unfiltered nuggets of wisdom and coming from someone who has shaped the gaming industry really hit home. They will carry that with them into their careers. 🙌

Here is why these moments matter. Young people hear plenty about the destination. They rarely hear the truth about the journey. Jamie shared both. He spoke about the graft, the doubt, and the decisions that built something extraordinary. That kind of honesty does more for a student than any textbook.

To all the USP College students from Seevic, Palmer's and XTEND Campuses: you showed up, you engaged, and those who submitted questions absolutely delivered. We hope you left energised and ready to level up. This was for you. You made it what it was. 💡

This is the bigger picture for us. Technology gives us reach, but people give us purpose. We built XR Studios to bring immersive experiences and real inspiration closer to learners across the UK. Connecting students in Essex with one of gaming's most influential founders, live, in a relaxed and informal environment is exactly the kind of thing we set out to do.

If there is one lesson I am taking from the day, it is this. Access changes ambition. When a student can ask a question and get an honest answer from someone they admire, the whole idea of what's possible shifts. That's the real value of immersive, connected learning. Not the kit, but the doors it opens.

This is just the beginning. XR Studios Presents is only getting started. 👀🚀
